👩‍💻 What does the Ops Team do?

The Operations Team is responsible for managing our entire case management system, managing our other services such as Bear Buddies and leading process improvements to help us help the Berkeley community better.

Each Connect@Cal associate is also part of one or more projects each semester that enables them to explore other areas of interest and further drive their impact in our organization. Associates are also encouraged to create their own projects.

✨ What will you be doing?

Associates are the core of our service: you will do casework and compile solutions for students, implement improvements to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our service, and analyze trends and data from our cases to share with stakeholders.
